it should work quite well with the peavey vypyr series.the vypys have a very natural tone and they are affected quite a bit by the guitar and pickup selection unlike many other solid state amps. rofl i know im responding to 1 year old comment, but i just felt like it.

Is it tru that u can use the Dimarzio X2n on solid state amps with ANALOG DISTORTION, and it will still sound good?? Like the peavey vypyr 15.....?

Well, assuming that when you are talking solid state amp, you are referring to the solid state power section. In that case, I dont know if it will SOUND good to you but just know that you will get a clear analog preamp distortion but NOT a desirable power amp distortion. So if power amp distortion is a big part of your playing, it might disappoint you but otherwise, it should be just fine.
P.S. I never owned a tube amp so the above MAY be wrong. Always take your gear somewhere and test it
