Considering this video was posted in December of 2008 and it's still up here, I don't think it was an EMT who filmed this. That would be a blatant violation of HIPAA.

@BwoodLegionAmb12 I'm not so sure. I'm an EMT myself. It would be absolutely illegal if the EMT/Paramedic was filming. However, if it is a patient or a family member filming (w/ the patient's consent) then its probably a huge gray area. In other words... who knows?

I was just gonna say - where I from. YOu have a Camera in EMT Pratice - You are done... and thats final. Glad everyone is able to joke about be safe. Unfourtunately in our pratice and career - not every ambulance ride is this lucky.
