mj outlasted alot of guys. emmit smith outlasted alot of guys. i could go on and on. mj didnt break down, didn't get tired, didn't take one night off. there have been many comers and i've seen alot of their moments. that makes this game great. if all you watched was sportscenter in the eighties you'd have mostly seen mike but there was a greater story. moments like this are why i don't favor best-player lists. i prefer top moments lists.

This is stupid, D-Smith didn't dunk ON MJ he dunked PAST MJ. Big difference. Then this interview guy talking bout how he slammed on MJ "in his face" ummm no, that did not happen, MJs face was nowhere near the actual dunk lol. FYI people, in order to dunk ON someone the defender you dunk on has to be between you and the rim, with you rising over that defender and finishing the dunk. Dunking past someone, along the side of someone, or near someone does not constitute dunking ON them.

Derek Smith would have been a superstar had he not tore his knee up. I went to the game when he lit MJ up at the sports arena he was a good scorer and he played good defense. Even Jordan said that he would have been his competition Dude was that good he just tore his knee up and had a short career like Andrew Toney. R.i.p. Derek Smith.

That was LaBradford Smith, not Derek Smith, both went to Louisville though.
