Yes. I agree... however, it still gets irritating when people are trying to justify the games bladant errors over something like "It's the fans' fault." or "The game can't be judged cause it's unfinished" or something like that.

Nobody can deny that the game is buggy, untested & just straight out poorly written & their's nobody else but Sonc team to blame for completely disregarding the games terrible quality when releasing it.

Like the game all you want, but it's undenyably a badly made game.

It kind of reminds me of a kid doing a project and trying to get it done because it's due tomorrow, and then they just kind of give up half way through trying to make it a good project. And after they finish they realize that there's some things that need to be in other places and they keep adding on things in marker when it was supposed to be typed and then they just come into class the next day with an obviously half-assed compilation displaying their hard-boxed bullshit.

sonic 06 was a clossal fuck up so what?! I don't give a damn! If a game is bad I just put the game game down turn around and walk away besides sonic 06 and others are just sega trying to see what ways sonic in 3D would be like, but it's just not right to complain about something that has occured nearly a decade ago and say that sonic is screwed 4ever now that's some 1st class bullshit on the people's part

No. The thing is that fans became so blind about it that they made the positives meaningless only for themselves. And that's why Sega is now afraid to make new games anything like 06. And that's bad. The only bad thing about that game was the technical problems. Other problems than that? The new games still have them, they even have new ones.

The positives are the most meaningful thing to discuss, since it is a constructive discussion, not destructive discussion filled only with emotions.

It's probably because Adventure - or, at least DX - had an open-world aspect akin to many of the modern Sonic games. Most notorious being '06, because who hasn't heard of it by now?

While I agree that '06 is overdone, like E.T. or Superman 64, the major flaw is this; it wasn't made by LJN or EA, but our very own SonicTeam.
