A airplane has lost it's crew dew to extreme food poisoning, a passenger tries to land the plane, but he is dangerously off course and out of range, his instruments don't seen to be working.
Taken from the 1980 move "Airplane!"

For People who are noobs at flying or don't know..
Flying on Instruments means using IFR, or Instrument Flight Rules, which means using a GPS, or a ILS (Instrument Landing System) Beacon or NDB (Non-Directional Beacon) to Land at the airport. However, these pilots are tearing the FAA rulebook a new page by playing musical Instruments in the Cockpit.. Dear Lord help the Civvies on the ground..
