This is the first of a series of videos to come within the next five weeks about my weight loss. Please, be mature about your comments. I also didn't realize how noisy my laptop was when I moved it around until now.... I will use a mic next week! haha... Thanks for watching.

BTW- I don't use diet pills or anything, I think they do more harm than good.

  • I looked at your channel and I've played quite a few mmos myself... Try not to play as much.. I played so I didnt have to think about life.. but that just not living at all.. Anyway, the first few weeks will be tough but after that you will gain a lot of energy from the endorphins after exercise. Also, what helps me a lot is tea for energy and I eat healthy complex carbs. When I do get "tired" i eat a fruit, which helps a lot. I'm nearing my 20th pound lost! :D Never give up!

  • I've been fat alllll my life... I tried soo many diets and failed because I didnt stick too it cause it was too extreme or I didnt think I was losing weight fast enough. Now that I am older and more understanding of my body I know that weight takes time to take off through healthy means. You just have to change emotional eating to occational enjoyment but mainly sustenance. Start with working out 30mins 5 days/week and keep your heart rate up.. Change your exercise routines daily. good luck!

  • PS There's nothing wrong with your face. You have a perfectly nice, pretty face. I mean, your boyfriend must've thought so, or you two wouldn't be dating now right? I know that what I'm saying probably doesn't help if you feel that way, on the inside yourself but...All I'm saying is you look fine as you are. But, if you're not losing weight just for looks, then I'd have to say it's good your losing weight for your health.

  • Well, congrats! I'm glad you found something that works for you! I understand how you feel though...I used to be about..214 at one time. (Mainly it was because I ate 2 meals plus desert everyday.) But then I started training my body to eat one meal a day, with fruits as my desert, and I lost weght in no time! ^^ (I tried eating salads but they made my stomach hurt.)

    But, I'm glad you're able to eat em! XD Anyway, I probably need to start walking too. It would help me be more active.
