The original Bart the Bear is at his most fierce in this excerpt from the 1991 film The Giant of Thunder Mountain. In this exciting family classic, young Amy and her two brothers leave the safety of their old Western town to climb Thunder Mountain, the forbidden home of a mysterious giant ... as well as a towering grizzly bear who doesn't like visitors. The Giant of Thunder Mountain is a winner of the Dove Family Approved Seal, the Film Advisory Board Award of Excellence, a MovieGuide Award, and was a Kids First! All Star Pick. Bart the Bear was The Vital Ground Foundation's ambassador for conservation until his passing in 2000. Learn more at www.vitalground.org.
