I will never forget following up to the 2006 presidential race when he said "woman a drive truck, woman a drive tractor etc....but there are some things that must be reserved".
Dr. Phillips does not believe that woman should be Prime Minister. He has a problem working under a woman.
Some people have been fooled but thank God the majority of the delegates aligned themselves behind Portia and 3 of her Vice Presidents. This is a clear message to those in the Dr. Phillips camp.

The dust has settled and Portia has whipped Dr. Phillips for the second time and by a larger number of votes.
It is now time for Dr. Phillips to lick the wounds that he inflicted upon himself with the help of his colleagues and recognize that a WOMAN is leading the PNP.
