brydons bay in gravenhurst is higher. not as easy to get to with out a boat though. the cliff at the falls is no where near 60ft the falls arent even that high
@emerset off hwy 11 and the exit for hwy 117, when going north, get off the exit. when you come to the stop sign, go straight to the end of the road, turn left. park at the dam there, and its under the bridge for hwy 11, just follow the path thats there, its not paved or nothing just from people walkin on it. the water is cold in may. july/august is your best bet
I remember jumping off this cliff in the early 80's! My friends and I would jump off anything we could find - but this was the highest in area. The way I remember it was a lot higher! Of course, I was a lot smaller!
we also dropped a weight there to measure the depth, its like 20 some odd feet, im 240 lbs, ive never touched bottom, and its straight down, im not sure how that dude died, maybe landed all fucked up and the water was high, therefore moving quick, you gotta haul ass to the shore when its like that. that place is so awesome, one of the areas best kept secrets. my buddy dives of the top there and he has never even been injured, i cant wait to get up there this year
i have been there a bunch of times, you gotta do the running jump off the rock thats just behind the ledge at the top, its jumping blind, way more intense, also that place is better when the water isnt so high
not 60 ft

Rombos Pizza's better. Nothing like a good greasy hot slice of pizza after a cliff dive. That's why I always say:
"If the dive don't kill you, the pizza will."
