    Thanks for the comment. This is as far as I've taken this idea. But I can see it could go much further. An example would be turning the chisel at a 45 degree angle for cross hatching or gluing a piece of leather to the block of steel for a softer veining.

    Thanks for the comment. The impact hammer definitely has a lot of uses. Another example is the air plannisher as seen in another video.

    For the hammer: Harbor Freight Item #92037. $9.99. I bought one a year or so ago after watching George's video and it has worked great for me.

    If the hammer strokes are too strong the chisel will go through the copper. The air pressure must be regulated so that the hammer strokes are not too strong.

    I don't know anyplace that sells this set up. You can buy an impact hammer at any auto supply. For the rest of the setup, you'll have to make this yourself.
