The clips are from SNSD 1st Asia Tour Concert where in between acts they played these videos to keep the crowd entertained and this clip is called "Tough Angels"

Type "SNSD Tough Angels" into the search box of youtube and it should come up as a fancam, otherwise try "SNSD 1st Asia Tour Concert Tough Angels "
