I went there in this week. I did not like. I am Brasilian, I travel a big trip and when I arrived there my room it was the other side and there was the last. I didn't ok, and I ask to change my room and nobody did nothing.

I didnt realise that this hotel is the biggest in Central London until after I had left London. Funny that!

we went there for 9 days bk in january... overall i must say we wer satisfied... the younger receptionists wer very nice with us helpfull and gave us sightseeing tips :).. will visit again for sure
