  • Stunning!

  • Hi, I liked it. If you didn't change so much of the original it's better. Let's think about a better transcription, I liked it in the original tonality. E is better than A. But what's about for eg. 3'40" ? Anyway: my gratest congratulations, Denis! I have heard you in Europe, it was great.

  • Wow ! Super! :O:O

  • Can someone give me the song he played...? Like the actual rewritten version??

  • @suoupavlichenko1 He couldn't have played the B. What Bouriakov did was to alter some notes (like the B you're talking about, which incidentally was changed to an E) and to transpose certain portions an octave higher, making such transistions at musically strategic points. Both of these are common techiques used in transcribing violin music for flute.

And just in case you didn't notice his gear, his flute is an open-standing G# flute ;)

  • Denis plays very good. When I tried to attempt in play this song after hearing how good he sounded, i just messed up REALLY "good". But one thing I dont get is: how did Denis reach the low B with a C footjoint? On my sheet, at the last note on the 32th measure, there is a low B, and Denis was playing low notes there... I am not sure however if he really played the B though... I wish when I grow up I can be like him!!

  • @Pryokar Get it for free on imslp.org. The guy's been dead for hundreds of years, there's no copyright.

  • He (that would be you Denis) plays extremely well. Lovely tone too.

  • What time of flute does he use? alto or western concert?
