@DrKorn5 This is a Russian fairytale. Czech troops were under French command, the giving Kolchak came from allies and Reds guaranteed his safety. Traitors? Lol. Purpose of Czech legions was fight against Germans in ww1 on Russian front. It were Reds who traited us and who sold us to Germans in exchange for peace. It were also White who traited entire nation as they behaved like beasts in own country. Our reason to stay in war ended with end of ww1. Blame Whites from lost not Czechs:).

No doubt russian songs are pretty impressive. My favourite are Sacred war (Svatá válka) or Farewell Slavianka (Sbohem slovanky ....Youtube: r7avPl6jB5w). Your different point of wie is for sure caused by your age. Ask your mom how she liked Red army. Nobody in entire world cannot like occupation army. We dont liked Red army same like Russian dont liked German army and anyone who met occupation army will never like it. This is difference between me and you:) Bez urazky:)

His Majesty Nicholas II was a hero, he sacrificed his life trying to save his country from dictatorship. Had the White Army been victorious in the civil war, not only would Russia have been spared decades of tyranny, but nations around the world could've remained free from oppression. Unfortunately even today millions of people are still suffering under communism.

Poor eastern Europe, which suffered because of stalinists, and poor, poor Russia, rodina-mat', you have borne both imperial dictatorship and soviet totalitarianism, and right now capitalism and corruption are killing you. If things keep on going that bad, I fear that everything that will remain of you will be those badass tsarist/soviet musics on which so many people usually rant.

German occupation/allied troops were civilised and neat, while Soviet "liberation" army was just a band of unwashed barbarians who left us some solid language notions like "Davai cias!"(aprox spell) ("Give (me) (your) watch!"). Together with 46 years of comunist misery. +Difference between Whites and Reds was that Whites had usually noble/very educated officers which were replaced for Reds by brainwashed animals. Lowest ranks could have been similar on their own.
