Elemental Fury

SU-GRAH-DUN (air, battle, grace), the Elemental Fury shout. This thu'um, at full power, will double the attack speed of any melee weapon (not bows, only one-handed and two-handed). The first word will increase the attack speed by 50%, the second word 75%, and the last word 100%. This is one of the most useful shouts in the game, but its a shame that the speedup lasts only 15 seconds. You need to have a melee weapon drawn to be able to use the shout on it, and it wont work on any enchanted weapons, even if you have the Extra Effect perk.
