@swalesy100 power isn´t everything? so the fact that your car was ca165hp and the ctr is 200hp doesn´t mean a thing? the civic should have more torque or in worst case the same, and the weight difference maybe around 150kg isn´t gonna tip the scale, the ctr still has a better power to weight ratio. I know anything can happen in a street race, but that doesn´t mean that one car is faster then the other. best way to measure is to take average times from 1/4mile runs or some kind of timed runs.

@h1coupe 1st of all no i dont defend mine to the ground i did not design, build or engineer it i simply handed over some cash for it so it is what it is in my opionon

2nd the lad who was driving was a friend of mine my gti was far from standard dont just look at my bhp figures and asume cause a CTR has more bhp its going to be faster power is'nt everything

and no the CTR is not in the almeras radar, even if you passed someone on their sunday drive does not mean you can play with them! check your facts and don´t be naive...
