December, 2009 - The Broadway Chorus presented "Annie Get Your Nun!" a mash-up of The Sound of Music, Annie, Sister Act, and Chicago. Plucky orphan Annie becomes nanny to wealthy, bedridden Captain Von Trapp's adult slacker-children. While Annie sets out to find a mother for the children, their cranky housekeeper Mrs. Tottendale develops a sinister plan to make off with the Von Trapp fortune.
Toledo Surprise is from the musical The Drowsy Chaperone; in the context of our show, Annie and the grown Von Trapp Children have prepared a song and dance number in anticipation of the Pope visiting their castle... gangsters, nuns, and a long-lost family member get in on the fun. (Video by Linda Leong & co.)
Haha I was totally not expecting the nuns to show up!! And we're doing Toledo Surprise as a tap number too, in our youth studio production of Drowsy :3

Thanks for the fun post.
BTW, what order do those nuns belong to?
Let me guess; the out of order.

@rockgor Wow, I don't sign in very often! Thanks for the comment! Actually, from what I remember, they were nuns from the Sisterhood of the Token Part. ;)

I'm sorry I'm doing this musical at my school at using nuns is wrong considering the urban dictonairy of the word
