Hamaoka nuclear power plant operated by Chubu Electric Power Co was shut down. By the Prime minister. Sited on Japan's east coast, about 200 kilometers southwest of Tokyo, by Omaezaki city in Shizuoka prefecture is on the fault line in the area that would be hit by the next, historically overdue "Tokai earthquake" -- a long-feared "Big One" that could wreak havoc in the Kanto region that includes the capital. Tokai quakes typically occur every 100 to 150 years, scientists say. The last hope was in 1854, and its magnitude was 8.4. Little surprise, Hamaoka has been a focal point for anti-nuclear protest in Japan over the years since construction started in the 1970s

Thankyou! Something to watch for, It's the most plausable explanation Ive heard! Politics just slow things down! At least anyone who can grasp the science will be prepared if they see something like this over their neck of the woods, and be prepared to deal with it best they can.Please keep up the good research,and keep the info comming out.I love the practical explanations and your insight on where this is all going with the theories and proof to back it up!Take care! @believersunderground His widow is still alive and I have cautiously approached her with some burning questions, but she doesn't seem to want to discuss any of that, and I don't wish to hassle her of course, so I back off. I've even tried to reconnect with his three sons, but no luck. Warren was a really kind, good man, but I always had a feeling he knew stuff he felt uncomfortable about. I may have been reading too much into the situation.

@shinnob meteorologist, can't talk they will lose there license. it's a money thing, it cost me to come forth, a big dollar grant, yet I'm a pastor first. Scott, I grew up with the kids of Warren Rayle, Chief Engineer of the Plum Brook NASA station outside Cleveland, Ohio. He did a paper on ball lightning in the '60s which is available for free on the 'net. My father used to laugh at him and call him paranoid, but he knew a lot of stuff. He got a huge plot of land and quickly turned it into productive veg garden for his family, refused to fly or to travel. Very sweet man, died in 2001.
