I always confuse whenever i put the corner pieces. Actually, which is the correct position to put the corner piece? In the video, u put all the 4 corner so that the 'hole' face upward. is there any difference affecting the smoothness of the cube if i put the 'hole' downwards? If the diy corner piece have caps, is there any difference also if the caps side face upward? sorry for my language, my english not so good.

yeah,I sure this type cubes middle caps dont fall off,but I don't know which cube that you have,they may not same,so better you show me some picture or videos,I will see what I can do for you

maybe,but without the middle part cap ,then no stickers on the middle part,it will make the cube more Difficult to solve
