A conversation between a witness and a Korean Police Officer about a crime he saw committed. This is a fictitious scenario and we would like to note that Korea is one of the safest countries in the world. Children walk home at 10PM by themselves, people leave their doors unlocked, if you leave something of value like an iPhone or a wallet etc in a store, it will most likely have been turned in and waiting for you the next day or week of month etc.
