"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." this does talk about a militia but it also does not say you have to be in a militia to own a gun! it also says "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"!! how simple is that? so simple that there's no way to argue it! it is our right to own whatever firearm we want and it shall not be infringed upon! fuck gun regulation!

@MrByronodmon Here in Pennsylvania, are rights are pretty clear: "The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be questioned." Pennsylvania Constitution, Article 1; Section 21.
