The robotic monotone was inevitable after doing call after call. lol

It that the actual phone operator that you hear sometimes when you use the phone?

this is a relay service message.
It means that someone who is deaf and/or mute used a TTY operator service to send the msg to you.
I used to be a TTY operator and the messages I had to relay were....um...sometimes interesting.
