@HDMFly It doesn't look idiotic at all, it's different, and it looks like it works fine. Don't go sayin' a chev is better than a Ford, cuz we all know that's far from the truth. Btw, I work for Chevy, and getta drive/work on more cars in a day than the average person will own in a lifetime, and trust me, Fords are a much higher quality ride all around. I've owned many a Chevy, they were horribly unreliable, don't even get me started. Ford or Toyota all the way.

@fordguy1991 True, he could do it just as well with a mustang, but he looks like an idiot. Could have gotten a Chevy or a Toyota and not look like an idiot. Btw, Fords suck. The only ford I would ever think of getting would be the 7.3 liter V8 F350. Other than that, I wouldn't get a ford. Ford = found on road dead.

@FalconMan1960 I believe they're rated to tow 1,000 lbs, doesn't matter if it's a v6, v8, auto or manual transmission. I've got a '99 v6 with the manual transmission, it's rated for 1,000. You can find hitch assemblies online for '99-'04 stangs, but you have to search a bit. Hope this helps!

@FalconMan1960 duno, it's totally a custom hitch, the hitch came off of a 2002 explorer.my boat does'nt weigh that much.
