This is Image Metrics' first attempt at using video capture to create a hyper-realistic demo of facial animation rendered in real-time.

@HeavenTorn I think it's because they are her real eyes. Real eyes aren't even or identical. That's the part of this that is actually "real" for me.

@3087208 You go through hoops, and uncanny valley is caused by our attempts to be too realistic. They tried to imitate human facial expressions, but were not subtle enough with it, which lead to this monstrosity. Subtleties are needed to create a grand masterpiece.
