@mynameispizzaman: wow maybe your the one who is retarded um "sweetie." 311 took the original rendition that was mediocre and revamped it. Blake, in turn, took the 311 rendition and added his own flare to it. So technically, he did cover 311's rendition of The Cure's original Love Song. The original wasn't that great to begin with... 311 made the song what it should have been in the first place.

Where's the emotion? Where's the love? This is so flat, dull and lifeless compared to Robert Smith's original version. But then Robert Smith is a brilliant songwriter and this guy, what's his name, Blake something or other was a contestant on American Idol.

I don't think this is trash at all. Blake did very well with this song. I prefer 311 singing it, but I still think he did good. I'd rather listen to 311's version of Love Song than The Cure's. They made it their own. That's just me, though.

this is what completely makes me disrespect sanjaya fans. sanjaya is i guess talented for his age, but that isnt a justification for spreading rudely false rumors and dissing other artists.
