i have a video of frogs and i am not sure if they r toads or not would u be able to tell? they r babies

Frogs look smooth. Toads have warty or bobbly skin, quite speckled when you look close. The Common Toad has big bumps each side of the back of the head - poison glands. Froglets have more streamlined faces and bodies.

Look at the shape of the head. Note the poison glands near the ear.
