You are out of time on the C and D changes and there is a high part you left out.. I learned this song 60 years ago from a old wineo in a back alley.Also I think still it is one of the best guitar tunes around.. I like yours too.. Great sound... I am just trying to be helpful for you on the parts....

The signiature open G piece in open D ... strange but can be cool. Dont think i ever seen anybody do it in d so please upload ( not trying to diss you my friend but i am learning open d coming from open g)

@jenster505uk Just noticed your comment - this IS open G. Why would you think it isn't? Can play it the same way in Open D. I learned this from watching an old black and white video of Elizabeth Cotten playing it.
