This is the engine that's been in the works for quite some time. But I have to note about some things about this download:

- The level probably won't make it to the final release.
- Missing effects such as: ring collecting SFX, BGM, and boost effects.

well, compared to other fan made games, this one takes the win. The animation is smooth, gameplay is fast without any frame rate problems, and stage set up is quite nice and balanced. it doesnt look like a 3 year old made it. looks like someone put really nice effort into it.

The main thing that impresses me is the smooth animations, which other games lack, badly.

I wonder why they are all "2-d sonic unleased based" games though.

@Japanesewolfninja Sorry for the late response but thanks. Ever since this video was uploaded I've improved a lot. Wait until I release the "Shimmering Hills Zone" trailer, then that will be something worth watching. ;)
