I loved the show. NBC was so stupid to can this for the soap opera tragedy known as Passions.

I grew up watching this show with my mother. Over the decades I've seen many opening segments. This is great, I could see them using this opener. AWESOME job!

I think you did a great job on this. I can tell you I wish AW were still on too. It was, and always will be my favorite soap. I watched it for 18 of its 35 year run, and now wish I had seen it from day one. I met all the stars from the show, and they were all very warm and inviting, especially Victoria Wyndham, Charles Keating, Linda Dano, and Anna Stuart.

Am I the only one that thought AW was showing improvement and gaining momentum towards the end of its run? I thought some of the show's best material was from 1992-1995. Yes, it went down hill the last year as the execs had to start cutting cast members, but unlike GL, which had been sliding for years up to its cancellation, AW had actually been improving in quality.

About the only improvement I could think of is at the end, when the words come in, you have the original circle of rings coming out.
