i had a problem with my internet and my ISP wasnt very helpfull at all, in the end i did there job for them. how embarrassing for them

ISP's in the UK need OFCOM to give them a bloody nose, shake them up a bit.
I wouldnt recommend Toucan/Tiscali/Pipex btw

hey man! big thanks for liking the video, im honored u liked that much.
i was really messed about by my ISP and all they gave me was £11 off my bill.
there customer service was sooooooo crap, i could smell it over the phone!!
And it didnt smell good!!
