I feel bad for Sander Cohen though….he was abandoned by Andrew Ryan and the four "apprentices" he asked you to kill. I believe that the "ears" he wants to take off is referring to his identity as an artist. When he says he "hops and hops but never gets off the ground" he might be talking about his desire to achieve his goals when he can't. Cohen isn't completely insane, if he was he would have tried to kill you but he gave you a chance to leave. He was definately a masterpiece in himself.
