I think it's a satirical dig on Ministries that say "The more you give, the more God will Reward your life". I found it quite humorous actually because it shows the hypocrisy of Organized Religion.

Sometimes a ministry needs to adapt to the times in order to reach the most people and have the greatest effect. Reaching out to those in need at a time of difficulty, such as the hollywood filmmakers, is what prayer hour is all about. Even if we object to the content, such as Transformers 2 which tries to tell us that man can defeat Satan without God, we still need to help those in need...by sharing how they can be blessed by giving to Prayer Hour.
