Sazerac:
Rinse the glass with Absinthe, leaving about 1/4 teaspoon in the glass
Add one tablespoon of simple syrup
A few dashes of bitters, use both Peychaud bitters and Angostura bitters
A twist of lemon
Crushed ice
And one jigger of rye.

Hey Donnie, I liked the video. Unfortunately I'm a Chelsea fan so I was happy with the result but it's nice to see people (or at least you) follow the premiership in Australia! Also, about the suggestions, I think the quality of the videos would help the viewer-base because at the minute it's slightly like watching someone flick pictures really fast! :D

I really love absinthe! Technically, it's legal to import absinthe into the USA, not to own it. We have a drink here in New Orleans called a Sazerac made with absinthe, it GREAT! I'll send you the recipe if you want it.

Been watching you for a while... here goes. Your new hair will probably help up your views, cos you lookk darn good with short hair. The long hair made you look unkempt. You got really negative for quite a while there before you dropped off the scene completely for a while. That did NOT help. Do something fun and silly again like your White and Nerdy video. Tell us the fun things you did after drinking Absinthe, rather than just how your pour it.
