I don't have a godly religion because there are 1,000s of godly religions and all believe in a different way to go to "heaven." I don't believe in god because he's very absent and there is no good reason to believe a god exists. I don't believe in destiny because we have control over our decisions. I don't believe in divine intelligence because it's random chance with a label people attach meaning to.

@christallh24 this is funny because my grandpa (and dad) encouraged me to be skeptic when i questioned the religion my mom raised me into (christianity). i asked many questions, and my grandpa (who has read the entire bible many times and studied many many other books throughout his long life) helped me out a lot in letting go of that fear of "displeasing god" and becoming a happy, free, and more logic individual and accept that god is an imaginary "filler" of the unknown.

Thx for sharing yer story, I went through a whole lot of head scratching, watching all kinds of videos from newage to UFO ~oligy on you tube, then i said screw this, if god and ufo's exist, he/they have got to show up and "stand Before Me" im still waiting,& its alot easier now to deal with all this crazy superstitous, supernatural BS.. I just finished reading the Demon Haunted world today...

God holds mankind responsible for sins he knew we would commit before the foundation of the world, then sends his son to die in a blood sacrifice to save us from a punishment he first implemented to in turn save us from a hell he created.
To use a term maybe over used- CHECK MATE!
God's gift of free will only keeps Gods hands clean of responsibility for knowing most of us would burn in hell for "sins" he knew we would commit before time and space began.

Thank you so very much for sharing your story with us! I've been an atheist since my grandma told me I don't question or doubt dog, oh, excuse me, I mean...god. I was five at the time. ;~) So, I don't really remember at time in my life when I may have had a god belief. It's kinda why I've been hooked on de-conversion stories. It's truly hard for me to understand how religious people believe this stuff.
