the song this supposedly 'sounds' like from skrillex i only hear 2 resembling notes the rest is totally different from skrillex's song. and skrillex's song was made im pretty sure after this one was. its no surprize; many people make music then either find that someone elses song sounds like theirs or vice versa. its not new.

plenty of new synths sound similar, everyone is trying to get similar sounds and so what do you expect? and yeah the melody is similar to cinema, especially the "weow weeow" part, but the makeup of the song is completely different
