I guess title says it all. With a few mods you can get these effects as you can see in the video.

Bump Mapping
Waving Grass
and much more..
You can install even more shaders to make Minecraft look even better
I'll make a tutorial on how to install these mods from scratch this week. So say intouch.

@Majataka ill be honest i just think its one of the greatest texture packs i have ever seen and i think people like Lightstudios should learn to accept the fact your not going to get ACTUAL skyrim graphics in a game such as minecraft

@lacucuracha1 I do have the Dynamic Shadows now. But Bumpmapping off. I have tried combining them.. But didn't get them both to work at the same time. SO I play around with the shadows now. I find it better :P
