1 gr x 1,000 = 1,000 mg
1,000 mg / 200 mg x 1 = 5 tabs a day
formula: desired (1 gram)convert it to mg by multiplying it to 1,000 then divide it to available (200 mg) then multiply it to quantity ( 1 tablet)
your answer is 5 which means 5 tablet in morning and 5 tablet at night (twice a day)

convert 1 g to mg= 1,000 mg
1,000 mg x 2/ day= 2,000mg
2,000mg/200mg= 10 tablets / day

Could you please teach me how to solve this problem. A prescription specifies 1 gram of a drug to be taken twice a day. If a drug is available as 200 milligram tablets, how many tablets will the patient take per day?
