Gyarados should be water dragon type not water flying. It cannot fly anyways, have flying tpye only increase the Gyarados weakness and it 4x weak agaisnt electric, but if it water dragon then its only weakness will be dragon. Beside Gyarados look more like a dragon than flying creature
