Something I've been trying to do lately on my handstand days for better results is work on a "HS series" to build strength. This starts with a wall-assisted press to HS, followed by a HeSPU starting from the top. I'd like to include brief one-handed holds once I develop more strength and find a more spacious wall that doesn't screw with my balance. :)
Also if anyone cares, that's Astral Projection playing in the background. Forget which song atm, but it's from the album "Trust in Trance". Yay Goa!
