Getting that level of independence between the flatpick and the fingers isn't as easy as you make it look! I have a jazz background and I'm only really seriously getting into the hybrid picking thing now. Thanks for post a detailed lesson.

The way you explained the chord shape perfectly done.
I think you have a G&L pick-up in the front,
Have not seen fret that big in a Tele since I sold my 1957
I had it re-freted with jumbo frets .
