Probably not the best line to use on a girl that you don't know/just met.
Regardless, David's advice is pretty awesome. I like how he emphasizes that you should be having "fun".
I think he should consider that there are different "types" of girls though and different types of girls require a slightly different approach.
There's a program I use that helps me game (MackMethods. com) and by asking 3 questions, I can figure out the girls "type". Makes it easy!
