Fish doesn't get any fresher than this! Come ice fishing (pimpla in swedish) with us. Catch some Arctich Char (Röding) from the frigid depths of The Sourva Dam in Stora Sjöfallets National Park in Lapland, Sweden. Moments later we grill it (halstra) over the open fire! This is fresh, this is delicious. If you want it fresh, it doesn't get any better than this

  • Wow that was a great video! It was a bit TOO fresh for me though... :)

    Question: Don't you need to rinse the cavity of the fish out after removing the guts? Just seems more hygenic...
