Most combos take more than half off the opponent's life.
That's why warusaki is is way better

I like how you are trying to balance your characters. You also should think about balancing out their fighting groove. Power charge + Super cancel in the same character = broken. Alpha counter + Parry in the same character = broken. That's why I love your Hsien-Ko. She does not have any of that excess stuff. She just has her Darkstalkers abilities brought to life with your visual style. Although it's kinda easy for the downloader to fix the fighting groove themselves for their mugen :).
