Soon after I started my hog hunting campaign nature's bounty started falling from the trees (acorns, pecans, mulberries, etc), leaving my game camera's almost empty. When I checked my camera before this hunt I had over 150+ pics of hogs back under my feeder. THERE BACK. New set up = positive results.

  • What was the range of your shot? me and my father just got sks' for hog hunting and we are curious. OH! By the way what was the make and model of your night scope? if ya dont mind me askin'

  • @74belisle Seriously? Each State regulates their own States hunting laws. It is completely legal in Texas and other states to hunt hogs and varmints at night. There are hunting regulations controlled by each State.

  • @dasdew2 yes they taste fine. you "should" get a hunting license. the only time you "DO NOT" need one in Texas when "Hog Hunting" is if the "Land Owner" has a permit through the state and county of land depredation.

  • @74belisle in Texas if the Land Owner has a permit from the County Office that states his land is over run and being destroyed by hogs ANYONE can hunt THAT particular property WITHOUT a hunting license. I own a hunting lic. either way because I hunt different places in Texas.

  • @74belisle saying night hunting is "highly illegal in America" is the stupidest thing ive ever heard. Each State has their own regulations. Some allow it some don't.

  • @dasdew2 yes its legal and yes they taste good

  • Respond to this video... some one correct me if they know better

  • @dasdew2 Im not certain enough to be giving my option about the exact law, but i do believe u need a license unless there destroying property.

  • @dasdew2 Have u looked at the Saiga sporter there the same price as a sks, but a brand new gun, and all so shoot the 7.62x39 and comes in other calibers

  • @74belisle Do hogs taste good? Sorry but i plan on eating the animals I will hunt, unless I can give food to the homeless and starving somehow.I live in Texas so there are more hogs here than anywhere else, going to get a yugo sks and mosin91/30. Also do I need a permit? I plan on getting a couple of my buddies and taking out as manny as possible but I dont want to break the law.

    Take care.
