Awesome win for Bug Eyes over the PBA's Poster Boy Cry Baby.
-
Why didn't the pins fall for Barnes? Look at the guy at 8:20 looking over Barnes's right shoulder. He was giving Barnes the evil eye and put a hoo doo curse on him.
-
There is nothing wrong with the rack, chris' ball had too much power and 5 pin was took out by head pin before the ball. Randy you are clueless
-
@mrad237 You are totally right, he is an arse away from the cameras, especially at the weber cup
-
Scroggins has luck to move on to the title match norm duke and chris barnes has more change to win this us open and the player of the year award. Scroggins is a good bowler but not at this moment.

Chris Barnes = Willem Dafoe

Mike scroggins bowled a terrible game and didn't deserve to win at all
-
Another instance where Chris Barnes gets screwed haha. Oh well, Scroggins did just enough to win and came up with a strike when he needed it. Good bowling.

I mean, when you cream the pocket like he did in both shots, and leave a stone 8 and then a stone 10, there's just not a lot you can do.

BUT, there is a reason that they bowl these matches instead of just recognizing that one person is a better bowler than another. That reason is that any given game can be won by either bowler, due to all of the factors that make up the game. This match simply demonstrated that. Did Scroggins "deserve" to win or did Barnes "deserve" to lose? Not to any true sportsman. It's not a personality contest folks. It's a bowling match. Let them bowl and let the chips fall where they may.
I'm gonna get "hate" for this, but I don't care. OK, Barnes threw a good shot and got screwed, I'll cede that. Maybe this is just a case of the "karma police" catching up to Chris. I've seen (quite a few times) his temper tantrums (which you won't see on tv) when things don't go his way, his refusal to sign autographs, and his "I'm better than you" attitude. I've also heard the same stories from countless others for years now. Barnes needs to grow up and act like what he is--a professional.

No hate here. I had bowled with him in
San Antonio while he was at Wichita. What you are describing is what I saw. He bowled in one of the Skins games and didn't get much respect from the pros because of his attitude. Scoggins, on the other hand deserves his moments at the summit. Nice guy, does his work and goes home. Great win, Scroggins.
