  • what does it mean - Rus naivische nad vse???

  • I am not from Russia so i can't translate this 100% correct to you...but I believe meaning is that author of this lyrics is proud of his Russian heritage...in English you can say:Russian above it all..It would be nice if someone really can answer this question for us :D

  • @Truga88 do have any of the other songs off this album on here???

  • @blueoctober6 I uploaded only this song because it's fucking awesome to me...if you can, try write song titles in Cyrillic alphabet, probably most of Dub Buk uploads are written like that

  • @Truga88 He sing not russian ..it is ukrainian... Rus is above it all.. Rus is not Russia..Rus (also its name Kievan Rus) was the country that contain Ukraine, three regions of Russia (principalities) and one region of Belarus (Polotsk principality) and this country was destroyed in 1240 by Mongols and divided ...And he sing about Rus as homeland ... why? because Ukraine is the centre of Rus in the past.. and Ukraine long time was named Rus till Moscowita renamed themselves into Russia.

  • @AtreJane Thank you for enlightenment.. I really didn't know about this part of history

  • Thrashy, beautiful and raw, I love the folky atmosphere and keyboard as well.

  • @axa717 Rus is above of all..there is not about russian heritage... Russia is Russia... he sing about Rus (Rus was the country , that contain Ukraine with part of Russia and part of Belarus) ...so it is better to say Ruthenian heritage, where ruthenians were all east slavs - people of Rus...

  • where can i find the rest of this amazing album on here at???

  • @Truga88

"Rus' above all" - thats how it can be translated aprox.

it refers to the old Rus' (as Kiev ,which is now capital of Ukraine only - was a capital of all Rus' back then., hence the Ukrainian origin of the band which is talking about Rus' , but not Russia)

  • @Truga88 It actually means people above all, and it's in no way a reference to Russia, it's actually a reference to UKRAINIAN people as this is a UKRAINIAN band.

  • Great song, but then again, every Dub Buk song is fantastic. I still like their first album better (Idu Na Wy). Hopefully they'll release something new soon
