  • The acting is WAY better on the NO props than the Yes props lol The Yes commercials sound stupid... maybe its the concept ;)

  • religion and your personal opinion on why a person is homosexual is the reason we as people are slowing down in becoming a healthier society.

  • Enough is enough! Only the facts will answer everyone's questions and opinions. Please view the facts at: .com/watch?v=4JZIJnJWZBQ

  • Great ad.Eliminate the H8 vote NO on 8!

  • There is nothing in the state education code that requires schools to teach anything about marriage. Even the decision about whether to offer comprehensive sex education is left up to individual school districts. The Mormon Church donated 8.5 million dollars to yes on 8-they asked their members to create videos on youtube, all videos contain lies, they are using innocent kids to create A FEAR TACTIC, don't let mormons fool you! stop hate and discrimination!

  • The ruling in In Re Marriage Cases did not create the right of same-sex couple's to marry, it recognized that the right existed, and in light of that and other factors found that prop 22 was unconstitutional.

  • Rights are inherent issues. Privileges etc are different. Supreme Court Justices do NOT create rights, they are justices, and writers of "opinions" not law. Law in California is established by the people Justices interpret law They have no POWER to strike down a right. ONLY the people can create it and they NEVER, as in NEVER, create it through the courts. Cases in point are the 13th and 14th US Constitutional Amendments.

  • "Eliminating right would be to take a right " away" thats has not been done here. "

Oh, no? Right now it is legal for same-sex couples to marry in California. If prop 8 passes, that right will be eliminated.

Prop 8 eliminates marriage rights for same-sex couples. Try to spin it all you like, but that is what the measure does.
