no it does, but i applied it wrong so it kept falling but it hods just fine when you apply it right, thanks for watching

Yeah im in america and no its not a pre order, i got him from a seller on ebay i do buisness with. But mines was a early prototype and the yellow paint on his right plow light came off when i washed him so you can tell they didnt paint him right but i filled it in with a yellow paint marker
