Ann Web Wendy Schenck Benson 10 mile hike

Ann Webb, of Ideal Life Vison-along with Wendy Schenck Benson, Author & Speaker of The Boss of Myself, Take a 7 hour hike in the High Uintas. "I expected the hike to be 18 miles, by looking at the map. It's a good thing is was only 10-or we would have spent an unexpected night!" says Wendy. The hike began at the Crystal Lake Trail head, near Trial Lake in the Uintas (Utah). Elevations estimated from 8,000-10,000 feet. "We passed many beautiful lakes as well as fields of wild flowers." announced Ann. Wendy's goal is to become more physically fit by doing fun activities such as hiking, trail running and lifting weights (along with being responsible with diet). LIFE IS SHORT!!
