The media lies again, factually many on the registry are NOT molesters (some were only caught peeing in public) and most sex offenders do NOT re-offend according to real statistics as opposed to this sensationalized "journalism".

Hitler would be proud of our sex offender laws. NOT all who are registered sex offenders did the crime. The crime is against them, when they make it so easy to accuse an adult of indecent exposure. Just an example.

The sex offender registry is a joke.Only 5% are actually pedophiles the rest are juvenille cases,sexting,public nudity and 18 year olds with 15 year olds. Time to remove non violent statutory cases.

sex is not an action and law requiers action. Sex is a state of being male or female and to be offended by sex requiers someone to tell someone they were. Excuse me but sex as an action is not possable if defined properly. Having sex is the giving of ones self to another so the concept from the start is bogaus and non defenitive now I know you will delete my post as usual because it does not lend to the agenda. So in closing END SEX LAWS NOW because they are political tools for the deleators.

I want to preface this by saying that the crime we are dealing with makes me sick to think about - - - - - If the great State of California is going to build any more of these - problems should be addressed (and give the state the due time to fix any problems as well as allow voters to have a voice).
I would like to see how many CA VOTERS would like to have -cival detainees- move to their home address upon discharge from treatment at Coalinga!
